The following are links to books that are part of our

Accelerated Reader program.

 

Accelerated Reader is a reading comprehension program in which children read books that are part of the program. The students then take computerized quizzes on the books they have read. The program assigns a point value to each book. Students can earn full points by answering all of the questions correctly and partial credit if a few questions are missed. Students do not receive any points for failing scores. Students are encouraged to earn points by reading books on their reading level and passing quizzes.

 

· Quizzes may be taken in the media center or the classroom.

· We recommend that students read through books twice in order to have a good understanding before taking a quiz.
